We are seeking Recruiters/Sourcers to support high-volume early career and emerging talent hiring initiatives within a fast-paced talent acquisition organization headquartered in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for recruiting professionals who enjoy candidate engagement, sourcing, relationship management, and partnering with stakeholders to attract top talent at the beginning of their careers. Role is 100% onsite in Chicago, IL OR Seattle, WA. What You'll Do
- Source and identify qualified candidates through a variety of recruiting channels.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate outreach and maintain engagement throughout the recruiting process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting support.
- Manage candidate communications and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Extend offers and support candidates through the offer acceptance process.
- Answer candidate and hiring manager questions while providing timely updates.
- Manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines in a high-volume environment.
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records within recruiting systems.
Basic Qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience.
- Bachelors degree required
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing demands and deadlines.
- Experience building talent pipelines and conducting proactive candidate outreach.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to quickly ramp up and manage recruiting responsibilities independently.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
