Key Responsibilities:

Filament Winding Operations:

- Operate filament winding equipment to produce high-quality composite components.

- Set up, calibrate, and maintain winding equipment to ensure optimal performance.

- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

Cross-Training and Collaboration:

- Work closely with experienced team members to develop expertise in filament winding operations.

- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support manufacturing goals and deadlines.

- Assist in training new team members on filament winding processes and equipment.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

- Perform routine maintenance on filament winding equipment to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.

- Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment or processes, implementing solutions as needed.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient operations.

Quality Assurance:

- Conduct inspections of finished components to ensure they meet quality standards.

- Document production processes and report any deviations or issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or technical certifications preferred.

Technical Skills:

- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate complex machinery.

- At least five years of filament winding experience.

- Basic understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Work Ethic and Character:

- Good character, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
