PIH Health is seeking a dedicated Pulmonary Advance Practice Provider to join our team!
Our mission is to provide compassionate, patient-centered care, and we are looking for an APP who is passionate about pulmonary medicine and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Position Summary:
The Nurse Practitioner – Pulmonary provides patient care in the Outpatient Pulmonary Clinic, delivering comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic pulmonary conditions. The NP formulates treatment plans that include psychosocial support, health education, and counseling. Responsibilities include interpreting diagnostic tests, developing individualized care plans, and educating patients on disease management and prevention strategies. The NP collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and employs evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes.
Required Skills and Experience
Required:
- Current California Nurse Practitioner certification
- Master’s degree in Nursing with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant healthcare experience
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Evidence of continuing education and self-development
- DEA certification (if required for prescribing medications)
Preferred:
- Pulmonary Specialty Certification
- Experience in an outpatient pulmonary or respiratory care setting
- Bilingual skills
