Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – Cardiology
Rock Hill, SC | Outpatient Cardiology | Monday–Friday | No Call
Carolina Cardiology Associates is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our cardiovascular team in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
This is a full-time outpatient opportunity with a Monday–Friday schedule and no call. The position is open to both experienced APPs and new graduates interested in building a career in cardiology. You’ll work alongside 12 board-certified cardiologists and experienced APPs while caring for patients with a variety of cardiovascular conditions.

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions
- Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits
- Order and review diagnostic testing and laboratory studies
- Develop treatment plans in collaboration with cardiologists
- Manage medications and provide patient education
- Coordinate care with physicians, clinical staff, and referring providers
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care

Qualifications
- Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active South Carolina license or ability to obtain one before starting
- Cardiology experience preferred but not required
- New graduates with an interest in cardiology are encouraged to apply
- Strong clinical and communication skills
