Technician: Main Line - Audi San Juan

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Main Line Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at accurately diagnosing driveability issues, performing complex electrical and mechanical repairs, and maintaining exceptional quality standards for all customer vehicles. While prior Audi or Volkswagen experience is preferred, highly motivated technicians with strong diagnostic abilities and general automotive experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Correctly diagnose driveability and electrical issues in a timely manner, the first time.

- Perform comprehensive repairs, including disassembling and reassembling engines and transmissions.

- Maintain all required manufacturer self-studies and training certifications.

- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating the utmost care for all vehicles.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

- Collaborate effectively with team members, service advisors, and management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of automotive technician experience; Audi or Volkswagen experience preferred.

- Proficient with automotive diagnostic equipment and computer systems (e.g., CDK, Mykaarma).

- Must have own tools (toolbox and specialty tools provided).

- Strong customer service values and focus on overall satisfaction (CSI, FRFT).

- Ability to travel for overnight manufacturer training as needed (Accommodations provided)

- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.

- Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.

- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical tasks required for automotive repair.

Shop Hours:

- Flexibility in scheduling within the hours of 7:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday

- 7:30am-4pm every other Saturday

Compensation:

- Audi Specialist: $20-25 per flag hour

- Audi Expert: $30-34 per flag hour

- Audi Master/Guild: $35+ per flag hour
