Hire Hangar is growing and we’re seeking a seasoned Internal Recruiter with proven success managing high-volume pipelines . This is an ideal role for someone with a staffing agency background who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to balance quality with speed.
You’ll be responsible for filling multiple roles across various departments, using a mix of sourcing, screening, and candidate relationship-building to keep pipelines strong and hiring on track.
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Run full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across departments
- Qualify, screen, and engage candidates in a fast-moving hiring environment
- Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process
- Manage and track recruitment activity using an ATS
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on goals and improve hiring workflows
✅ What You Bring
- 2–3+ years of experience in staffing or high-volume recruiting
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and fast-paced hiring
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and organization skills
- Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems and recruitment tech tools
- Availability to work in PST or EST time zones

Compensation
Tier 1: $650 – $700 per month
Tier 2: $700 – $900 per month
