Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cost Accounting Manager to support and scale the accounting operations of a growing manufacturing organization. This role will be responsible for cost accounting, inventory valuation, financial reporting support, and process improvements across accounting and operations. The ideal candidate has strong manufacturing accounting experience, is highly analytical, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of cost accounting, including product costing, inventory accounting, and variance analysis.
Partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to improve cost visibility and financial performance.
Maintain accurate inventory valuation and oversee month-end inventory and cost accounting processes.
Analyze manufacturing costs and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
Develop and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting as the organization grows.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting initiatives.
Help lead and mentor accounting team members as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $83.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
