What's in it for you:

Trane Technologies-Life Science Solutions is hiring for a Service Coordinator III to join our team in Noblesville, IN. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating activities for our service business.

What you will do:

- Serve as a key point of coordination for service operations by utilizing strong computer proficiency to manage workflows, maintain records, and support day-to-day business processes.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with both internal and external customers by actively listening, understanding needs, anticipating challenges, and delivering responsive solutions that promote customer satisfaction.
- Identify and support new service opportunities through proactive communication and collaboration with customers and internal partners, including Sales, Technical Support, and Customer Service teams.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and decision-making skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize work, assess requirements, meet deadlines, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and data management while effectively handling routine responsibilities amid changing priorities and interruptions.
- Contributes to a collaborative team environment by supporting shared goals, valuing diverse perspectives, and applying strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to achieve positive outcomes.

What you will bring:

- Certificate/degree from college or technical school with three (3) years related experience and/or training; or minimum of five (5) years of related experience and/or training with HS Diploma/GED.
- Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.
- Must have excellent Customer Service skills - need to be extremely comfortable and effective on the phone.
- Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
- Strong attention to detail and enjoy working in fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:
$40,000.00 - $74,340.00
