The Finance/Accounting Coordinator will support credit and collections, invoicing, account reconciliations, data entry, and general office administration. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the potential to grow into additional responsibilities over time.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 6 months as an Accounting Coordinator Minimum of 6 months experience with credit and collections 1 year experience of Data Entry Intermediate knowledge of QuickBooks preferred Intermediate Excel skills with Pivot Tables Willingness to learn lookup functions (VLOOKUP) Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing and entering information Order office supplies Good analytical skills and the ability to compare documents and identify discrepancies Basic understanding of accounting principles and account reconciliations Comfortable working with data entry and routine administrative processes Strong organizational and communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Responsibilities
Credit and Collections Create invoices in QuickBooks using shipping documents and sales orders from external systems Assist with account research and other accounting-related projects Order office supplies, and support general office needs Provide administrative support to the Finance team Perform miscellaneous accounting and administrative duties as assigned
