P o s i t i o n S u mm a r y :

Responsible for the compliance of Cycle Inventory Plan and for the Inventory Accuracy results. It is the responsibility of this position to guarantee the correct administration of the materials, assemblies and sub-assemblies in production lines through the search of the decrease of the inventory in floor, slender processes of supplies and controls during the process. Seeking compliance with the policies, procedures, standards and adherence to programs of the department and company, working as a team with the AME Sr. Warehouse Area Manager in order to stablish strategies to guarantee the correct material flow to avoid any inventory discrepancy. Is responsible for ensure that all movements in SAP are perform correctly and notify any deviation to the defined processes.

S u p e rv is o r y R e s p o ns i b ili t i e s :

- As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).

Job Responsibilities:

- Have an inventory veracity equal to or greater than 99.90% physical vs. system in the records of the components in IM and WM locations at the plant level, for correct planning and avoid line stoppages due to false inventories.
- Execute all material consumptions in SAP according to the processes to avoid discrepancies.

Comply with a level of 95% or more in the 5s audits, for correct preservations of components and facilities.

- Ensure that your processes are 100% aligned with the requirements of the different audits to avoid minor and major non-conformities.
- Have 0 reprocessing and 100% follow-up of the backflush shorts, for maintain clean COGI transaction.
- Correct the financial variations generated in the Backflush process, to avoid any issue of month close.
- Analyze and verify the material structures of the assemblies that run in their line (BOM) to ensure the correct consumption of components in the back flush.
- Identify any excessive waste of material and report it to the line, request actions if applicable to reduce scrap costs.
- Properly and timely, escalate the problems that are in your process, to avoid difference in inventories and / or scrap of the raw material.
- Responsible for tracking and executing all movements related to Consumption Orders and Scrap Orders to ensure a correctly traceability of components and disposal.
- Comply 100% with the cycle count plan, to detect component differences in a timely manner and avoid planning errors and line stoppages.
- Perform audits in offices, to ensure that no material is available in administrative areas.
- Know the basic rules of safety, the expectations of performance in safety, health and environment and safety policies, occupational health, and the environment to safeguard your integrity and that of your colleagues.
- Take a leadership role in the investigation of any consumption error to apply corrective actions to prevent issue recurrence.
- Notify and follow up with AME Scheduler to any consumption error due to adding components manually in Pilot Factory Work Orders to avoid discrepancies of components.
- Audit FG and Subassemblies remains in Production Lines to comply with the target of inventory accuracy above 99.9%.
- Analysis and monitoring of materials outside the permitted aging on the production floor.
