GHJ Search and Staffing serves as the recruitment division of GHJ, a prominent national accounting and advisory firm. Our team provides qualified Accounting and Finance professionals on a temporary and permanent basis across a broad range of industries. GHJ’s relationship with our Global Advisory and Accounting Network provides the resources needed to better understand client’s needs, attract a higher caliber of candidates and assess candidate potential.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain financial models in Excel and Argus for existing portfolio assets

- Analyze property performance and evaluate quarterly appraisals

- Support annual business plans, budgets, and future cash flow projections

- Perform lease analyses and assist with prospective tenant negotiations

- Evaluate potential value-add opportunities and property-level initiatives

- Contribute to Investment Committee materials and strategic analysis

- Conduct market research, including lease and sales comparables

- Review leases, loan agreements, partnership agreements, and other relevant documents

- Support capital transactions, including financings, refinancings, and dispositions, as needed

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field

- 3+ years of relevant experience

- Commercial real estate experience required

- Strong financial modeling and real estate analysis skills

- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Argus

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
