Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership, Growth & Market Development

- Develop and execute the North America Consulting Practice strategy, business plan, and growth roadmap.

- Establish annual objectives, priorities, and performance targets aligned with regional and global business goals.

- Identify emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and client needs to drive growth and shape the future direction of the practice.

- Drive the expansion and maturity of the six consulting practice areas across North America and develop scalable, repeatable consulting programs that create measurable client value.

- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams to increase awareness, generate demand, and drive adoption of consulting solutions.

- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance capabilities, strengthen client value, and accelerate growth.

- Partner with global consulting leaders to support multinational clients and develop globally aligned solutions.

- Represent International SOS at industry conferences, executive forums, and client events to strengthen market visibility and thought leadership.

Commercial & Financial Leadership

- Own the commercial performance of the North America Consulting Practice, including pipeline, revenue, bookings, profitability, and growth targets.

- Partner with Finance on operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and business performance reporting.

- Monitor pipeline, revenue, profitability, resource utilization, and key business metrics, taking action to achieve financial and strategic objectives.

- Drive profitable growth through effective pricing, portfolio management, resource optimization, and scalable delivery models.

- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, investments, and strategic partnerships that strengthen the practice.

- Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to build, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.

- Strong strategic, commercial, and operational business acumen with experience leading growth-oriented professional services, consulting, or solutions businesses.

Required Work Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including 5+ years leading consulting, professional services, solutions, or advisory businesses.

- Demonstrated experience driving business growth, revenue generation, profitability, and operational performance.

- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing high-performing organizations within a complex, matrixed environment.

- Proven track record of partnering with sales and commercial teams to build pipeline, secure new business, and expand client relationships.

- Experience developing and scaling client-facing solutions, consulting programs, or managed services.

- Experience managing financial performance, including forecasting, resource planning, and achieving growth objectives.

- Experience building strategic partnerships, alliances, and market-facing initiatives that drive business growth an advantage.

- Experience working within a multinational or global organization and collaborating across geographic regions preferred.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.

- Advanced degree and/or relevant professional certifications an asset.
