About the role:

Chef de Partie, One-Ninety Restaurant (Overnight Shift)

As our Overnight Chef de Partie, you'll be the driving force behind the kitchen during the night—ensuring exceptional In-Room Dining experiences for our guests while preparing the hotel for a successful day ahead.

This is a role for a confident and passionate chef who enjoys working independently, takes ownership of their station, and finds satisfaction in delivering consistency when it matters most. From crafting late-night guest orders to preparing breakfast mise en place, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the culinary standards that define Four Seasons.

What you will do:

- Take ownership of overnight kitchen operations and ensure smooth service throughout the shift
- Prepare and deliver high-quality In-Room Dining orders with consistency and attention to detail
- Set up the morning team for success through meticulous breakfast preparation and mise en place
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and food safety
- Monitor stock levels, manage food rotation, and minimise waste through careful planning
- Support menu development, specials, and seasonal offerings
- Communicate effectively with the culinary and service teams regarding guest requests and operational needs
- Support team members while fostering a positive team culture
- Ensure all kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas are maintained to the highest standards
- Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to excellence

What you bring:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably with a luxury hospitality brand.
- Passion for culinary excellence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Team player and ability to learn quickly
- High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
