We are looking for a skilled and experienced Dot Net Developer to contribute within our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in software development, with a focus on Dot Net technologies, oracle PLSQL, Azure technologies. Candidate must focus on ensuring the successful delivery of complex project modules. - Minimum 5-9 years of experience in Dot Net development, with a strong focus on C# and Azure.
- Solid understanding of ORACLE, PLSQL, and Azure technologies, including Azure DevOps,Agile .
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with teams.
- Good working knowledge of scrum and ADO, with the ability to adapt to agile methodologies.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring junior developers, fostering a positive team environment.
- Knowledge of insurance domain is an added advantage, providing industry-specific expertise.
- Proficiency in secondary skill sets such as JAVA SCRIPT, WCF, UC4 JOB, and SHELL SCRIPT.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, driving technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Good to have AI knowledge and experience in using Githhub copilot tool in VS or VScode or Claude
