Human Resources Generalist Job Description:
PrideStaff is working with a large manufacturing facility in search of an experienced Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist will support company-wide employee groups by managing key HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, recruitment, and policy implementation. As a member of a cross-functional team, this role focuses on enhancing organizational performance through compliance monitoring, training programs, and effective benefits administration. The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, temporary to hire position in Brooklyn Park, MN.
Human Resources Generalist Job Responsibilities:
Manage employee relations and conflict resolution initiatives Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new and existing employees Implement and update HR policies ensuring organizational compliance Monitor compliance with employment laws and internal policies Oversee performance management processes and HR reporting Administer employee benefits and maintain HR information systems Lead recruitment and staffing efforts as directed The ideal candidate is proactive and takes initiative to reach out and work with all departments
Human Resources Generalist Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in human resources Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field Proficiency with HRIS systems Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance Skilled in conflict resolution and communication Experience in recruitment and organizational skills Background in training and development Experience in a manufacturing enviroment Experience working with and supporting diverse teams
