Night Auditor (Hotel Reception)
Babylonstoren has an exciting opportunity for a Night Auditor to join its dynamic hotel team. This role is ideal for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working independently while delivering excellent guest service during night shifts.
Requirements:
- A recognised hospitality qualification would be advantageous.
- A neat, professional and personable manner.
- Reliable, trustworthy and hardworking.
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English, with strong communication skills.
- Willingness and availability to work night shifts and hospitality hours.
- Computer literacy.
- Experience with the OPERA property management system would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome, receive and check in guests.
- Process check-outs and close departing guests’ accounts.
- Perform night audit procedures and generate required audit reports.
- Complete internal reporting in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Carry out general administrative and front office duties.
- Share knowledge of the Cape Winelands and what it has to offer.
