As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead an on-site guard team, coordinate smooth bridge operations, and deliver exceptional customer service. This fast-paced role focuses on mobilizing personnel, building trust, and driving team collaboration across all shifts to fill an active vacancy within the organization.
## Responsibilities for Supervisor Security Guard

- Lead and schedule on-site guards while ensuring full protocol compliance.

- Monitor bridge operations, traffic flow, and coordinate with the Bridge Patrol team on live incidents.

- Oversee site safety, access control systems, emergency readiness, and regulatory compliance.

- Coordinate routine inspections and upgrades with engineering and maintenance teams.

- Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and bridge performance metrics.

- Maintain clear communication with HHB staff, the public, emergency services, and municipal authorities.

Qualifications for Supervisor Security Guard

- Able to have a valid Security Guard Licence.

- Experience in security and team management.

- Excellent leadership skills with a proven tracking record of mobilizing teams.

- First Aid Certification (Mandatory / An Asset).

- Be authorized to work in Canada.
