Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with a valid PRC Registered Nurse (RN) License

- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience; experience in a school or academic setting is an advantage

- Must be First Aid and BLS Certified; ALS, Emergency Response, and Occupational Health training/certification are advantages

- Knowledgeable in EMR management, emergency triage, first aid, health documentation, and regulatory compliance

- Must demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, organization, service orientation, and composure under pressure; strong program facilitation skills are an advantage

Responsibilities:

- Provide timely and compliant healthcare services, triage, referrals, and emergency response to students and staff

- Conduct emergency drills, protocol reviews, and readiness checks to ensure preparedness

- Maintain and audit medical records and EMR, ensuring compliance with DOH, institutional requirements, and the Data Privacy Act

- Lead health awareness and wellness programs, including institutional health initiatives

- Manage clinic supplies, health-related communications, and required reports, ensuring timely completion

- Coordinate health and clinic-related concerns with Security, Facilities, HR/Admin, faculty, and staff
