Experienced CDL-A flatbed drivers can earn $2,000 to $2,100 per week hauling dedicated stainless-steel freight while returning home every weekend for a 34-hour reset. This account combines specialized steel hauling with assigned equipment, lightweight tarping, and backhaul planning designed to keep drivers productive throughout the week.

Dedicated Flatbed Operation

Primary outbound loads originate near Calvert, Alabama, and consist of stainless-steel coils and flat stainless-steel sheets. Once the outbound delivery is complete, available backhaul freight is used to move drivers toward the next customer load rather than routinely sending trucks back empty.

Most freight is live loaded and live unloaded
Approximately 75% of loads require tarping
Smaller and lighter six-foot drop tarps are used for this operation

Tarp compensation is included in the account's pay program.
