Assigned newer-model Kenworth T680
A specialized flatbed operation and dependable freight movement give experienced CDL-A drivers consistent weekly work hauling stainless-steel freight. Drivers earn $2,000 to $2,100 per week, return home every weekend for a 34-hour reset, and use equipment assigned specifically for this dedicated operation.
Dedicated Flatbed Operation
Outbound loads originate near Calvert, Alabama, and consist of smaller stainless-steel coils and flat stainless-steel sheets. Available backhaul freight is picked up after outbound deliveries to help move drivers toward the next customer load instead of routinely returning empty.
Primarily live loaded and live unloaded freight
Approximately 75% of loads require tarping
Lightweight six-foot drop tarps are used for this account
Tarp compensation is included in the account's pay program.
Weekly Schedule & Compensation
Pay is $2,000 to $2,100 per week
Home every weekend for a 34-hour reset
Qualified drivers receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus
Planned backhauls work with the dedicated outbound freight to support productive weekly schedules and reduce unnecessary empty miles.
Truck & Trailer Setup
Each driver receives an assigned newer-model Kenworth T680 and stays with the same trailer throughout the trip.

Assigned truck and trailer setup
Drivers should already be comfortable with proper load securement, tarping, and the handling requirements associated with steel freight.
Orientation
Monday through Thursday orientation pays $100 per day.

Travel arrangements provided
Drivers complete orientation before moving into their assigned equipment and beginning the dedicated operation.
Experience Requirements
Valid CDL-A license
At least one year of OTR experience within the previous five years
Minimum six months of flatbed experience
Steel-hauling experience required
Current coil-hauling certification required
Experience with tarping and load securement required
Must meet applicable driving-record requirements
