Essential Functions and responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
- Learn their style and budget needs, and guide them to great finds
- Offer insights and suggestions to help create beautiful home spaces
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually engaging showroom
- Accurately enter orders, process payments, and follow up on client needs
- Build relationships and generate repeat and referral business
- Stay informed about inventory, promotions, and sales tools

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- 1–3 years of B2C sales or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in furniture or interior design is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic sales tech platforms
Physical requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and engage with customers for extended periods
- Occasionally lift or move items up to 15 lbs
