Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsible for NPI/VCP/IB and other projects verification related activities delivery.
Responsible for NPI/VCP/IB and other projects testing jig design and delivery, and reliability related automation testing jig design and delivery
Responsible for develop and maintain product reliability model and ensure product quality
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related, and medical device industrial experience is a plus.
More than 8 years of experience in electronic design and/or verification, at least 3 years’ experience of test or design team management experience.
Strong motivation to drive tasks/project moving to close, and good communication skill to influence key stakeholders.
Knowledge and capability of testing jig development, including MCU, schematic design, C and Python.
Strong teamwork spirit, program management mindset, continuous learning and improvement of test technology.
Experience with EMC standard, test and debug is a plus.
Familiar with the medical equipment safety regulations such as IEC60601 is a plus
Product reliability knowledge is a plus.
Skilled English writing and reading skills, and some oral communication skills is a plus.
