Requirements
Saudi national – mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Structural Engineering only.
1–5 years of relevant experience.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate with design teams, consultants, clients, and project stakeholders.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and project documentation.
Main Responsibilities
Coordinate project activities between different engineering disciplines.
Follow up on project deliverables, submissions, and deadlines.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, trackers, and meeting records.
Coordinate communication between the project team, consultants, and clients.
Monitor project progress and support the Project Manager in day-to-day coordination.
