About this role
We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 3-month fixed-term contract based in London. In this fast-paced role, you will be dedicated to scaling our UK commercial organization, with a primary focus on sourcing and hiring top-tier local Sales talent (including SDRs, Sales Executives, and Sales Managers) who specialize in cross-border payments, FinTech, or SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for all UK sales positions, ensuring an efficient, high-touch, and professional candidate experience.
- Proactive Sourcing: Leverage direct sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards, professional networks) to build a robust pipeline of qualified sales talent.
- Listing Management: Archive and repost job openings across platforms to ensure maximum listing visibility and reach.
- Candidate Evaluation: Conduct first round interviews to evaluate candidates against performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and cross-border leadership teams to streamline interview scheduling and provide prompt interview feedback via Slack/internal tools.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of agency or in-house talent acquisition experience in the UK market, with a proven track record of hiring commercial/sales professionals.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior exposure to FinTech, Payment Industry (Cross-border/Merchant Services), or SaaS sectors is highly preferred.
- Sourcing Proficiency: Hands-on experience with local recruitment platforms, and modern ATS platforms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable operating in a fast-moving, international, and multicultural environment.
- Speed & Agility: Ability to deliver quick turnaround times and hit aggressive monthly hiring targets within a compressed timeframe.
