About The Team
We are looking for a new colleague as our Process Quality Supervisor for our Product Line Braking at our location of Anting, Shanghai.
What you can look forward to as Process Quality Supervisor:
- Take ownership of process quality management on the production floor and ensure the achievement of quality targets.
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives to prevent recurring quality issues.
- Manage and coach the PQE team while driving the effective implementation of quality systems, standards, and best practices.
- Facilitate process risk identification and prevention activities, and continuously improve PFMEA and Control Plans.
- Support new product and process launches, ensuring a smooth transition from project phase to serial production.
- Act as the key interface for customer quality requirements and complaints, leveraging data-driven insights to drive sustainable improvements.
- Lead the resolution of process quality issues across assembly operations, including tightening, press-fitting, assembly, leak testing, functional testing, and related manufacturing processes.
Your Profile as Process Quality Supervisor:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical discipline; graduates with good academic performances are preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of quality experience within the automotive industry, including at least 3 years in a Process Quality Engineering (PQE) role.
- Proven experience in team leadership and/or project management.
- Solid knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and the Automotive Core Quality Tools.
- Strong hands-on experience with quality methodologies such as 8D, PFMEA, and 5 Why Analysis.
- Good command of English for daily business communication, with excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
