About this role

Core EHS Responsibilities

· Develop and implement a unified EHS strategy across all sites.

· Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, MHRSD requirements, environmental regulations, and company standards.

· Establish and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.

· Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and incident investigations.

· Manage foundry hazards, machinery safety, chemical controls, and fire prevention.

· Manage environmental programs covering waste, emissions, and water usage.

· Develop emergency response plans and conduct periodic drills.

· Deliver EHS training and enforce contractor and work permit requirements.

· Coordinate with government authorities and external inspectors.

· Track and report EHS KPIs to senior leadership.

Sustainability Initiatives

· Implement energy efficiency and carbon reduction programs.

· Promote recycling, waste minimization, and circular economy practices.

· Improve water conservation and recycling processes.

· Support sustainable procurement and renewable energy initiatives.

· Collaborate with global and regional ESG teams on sustainability reporting.

· Conduct employee sustainability awareness and training programs.
