The Opportunity
As a Pricing and Revenue Data Science Senior Manager - Consumer Markets Sector, you will leverage advanced analytics techniques to help clients optimize their operations and achieve strategic goals. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will focus on utilizing advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. You will apply skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems.
As a Senior Manager, you will grow as a strategic advisor, using your influence, skills, and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, collaborating to solve complex problems. With increased autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm.
In this role, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with clients. You will direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in ambiguous situations, and initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Leading data-driven initiatives to optimize pricing and revenue strategies within the consumer markets sector
- Utilizing advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets and support strategic decision-making
- Developing and implementing data models and predictive analytics to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into business operations and drive performance improvements
- Managing the creation and maintenance of dashboards and data visualizations to communicate complex data insights effectively
- Overseeing data quality and integrity to support accurate analysis and reporting
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within data processes
- Directing teams through complex data analysis projects, maintaining composure in ambiguous situations
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine data solutions
- Initiating coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
- At least one of the following: a Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
- Leading revenue growth strategies through advanced data science, pricing, and promotion optimization
- Demonstrating advanced skills in data analysis and visualization
- Leading complex data-driven projects in consumer markets
- Utilizing AI and machine learning for predictive analytics
- Excelling in strategic advising and client interaction
- Developing and coaching high-performing, diverse teams
Travel Requirements

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
