We’re looking for experienced Bartenders who know how to connect with people, work efficiently in a high-volume environment, and take pride in providing outstanding service. Whether you're serving a family enjoying a night out, a group celebrating a birthday, or guests gathering at the bar, you'll help make their experience memorable.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome and engage guests with friendly, attentive service
- Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages accurately and efficiently
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer questions about beverage offerings
- Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume periods
- Verify identification and follow all alcohol-service laws and company policies
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and serve responsibly
- Process transactions and maintain accurate cash and payment handling
- Keep the bar stocked, clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Complete opening, closing, restocking, and cleaning responsibilities
- Maintain appropriate levels of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, and supplies
- Follow recipes, portion standards, food safety, and sanitation requirements
- Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to provide a seamless guest experience
- Respond professionally to guest questions, concerns, and special requests

Who We’re Looking For

- Must be at least 21 years old
- Previous bartending experience required
- Exemplary guest service and communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with guests
- Able to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and common cocktails
- Strong attention to detail and responsible alcohol-service practices
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to multitask and remain organized during busy periods
- Comfortable handling cash and POS transactions
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
