Commercial Manager - Bakery | MAF Retail | Head Office KSA
ROLE SUMMARY
The Manager – Commercial is responsible for coordinating with buyers as well as supporting purchases for MAF Retail. The role holder is also responsible for assisting with selection and examining products that get to store shelves, in catalogues, and online.
ROLE PROFILE
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets.
- Lead sales planning, pricing, promotions, and business development initiatives.
- Manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, retail chains, and food service customers.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and commercial performance reports.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with customers and partners.
- Lead and develop the commercial team to drive high performance and business growth.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial, sales, or business development role within the bakery, food manufacturing, or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of bakery products, market dynamics, and distribution channels.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and leadership capabilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
