Career Land Center (CLC Staffing) is hiring an experienced Operations Manager for a large hospitality group in Kuwait.
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in coffee brands and/or F&B companies. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, lead teams, maintain service standards, and support the continued growth and efficiency of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across coffee and F&B outlets.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate operational teams.
- Ensure excellent customer service and consistent quality standards.
- Monitor operational performance, productivity, and costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and operational procedures.
- Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions.
- Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives.
- Support staff training, performance management, and development.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational resources.
- Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to management.
- Help improve processes, efficiency, and overall business performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar senior operational role.
- Strong experience within a coffee brand, caf group, or F&B company.
- Previous hospitality management experience.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good understanding of F&B operations, customer service, and business performance.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations or teams is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
