What you’ll Do:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk / Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, packing, and shipping products while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

Core Responsibilities:

- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

- Verify order accuracy, quantities, and product condition before packaging.

- Label packages and prepare shipping documentation.

- Receive incoming shipments and inspect items for damage or discrepancies.

- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.

- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.

- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.

- Report inventory shortages, damaged merchandise, or operational issues to management.

Qualifications

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse, packing, shipping, or inventory environment.

- Ability to read and follow written instructions and shipping documentation.

- Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Dependable attendance and punctuality.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly.

- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Capability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with inventory management systems.

- Knowledge of packing and shipping procedures.

- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).

Work Schedule

- Training Schedule: New hires will complete training on the day shift during the onboarding period.

- Regular Schedule: Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to the permanent shift of 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM , Monday through Friday (or as scheduled).

- Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.
