As the Clinical Nurse Educator – Cancer Services/SPECU, you will support clinical learning and professional development across Oncology and the Specialist Palliative Care Unit.
The role provides education, mentoring and hands-on clinical support to undergraduate students, graduate nurses, and newly appointed or less experienced staff, helping to build confidence, capability and clinical competence across these specialty areas.
Working collaboratively with nurse leaders, educators, Clinical Nurse Consultants and other key stakeholders, you will contribute to contemporary, evidence-based education and support positive learning environments across Cancer Services and SPECU.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Oncology nurse with a passion for education and developing others. Experience in palliative care is highly regarded, with the role providing an opportunity to further develop capability within this specialty while contributing to education across both services.

Your New Division
The People and Culture Division supports managers, staff and volunteers working at Bendigo Health through a range of services including workforce planning, resourcing strategies, employee relations, industrial relations, learning and development and workplace health and safety. Payroll and salary packaging also report into this division, providing seamless service for staff from on-boarding and contract development to applying contracts and ensuring staff get the right remuneration.
