DXC Technology is seeking a French Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our Life Insurance operations. In this role, you will serve as the frontline point of contact for policyholders, advisors, and providers, delivering exceptional customer service in both French and English.

You will be responsible for handling inquiries, providing information regarding Life Insurance products and policies, processing customer requests, documenting transactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience while meeting quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to inbound customer inquiries from Life Insurance policyholders, advisors, and providers in French and English.
- Conduct outbound calls and customer follow-up activities as required.
- Provide accurate information regarding policies, products, and services.
- Research and resolve customer concerns while determining appropriate escalation paths when necessary.
- Process customer requests and maintain accurate records within company systems.
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in accordance with established procedures.
- Meet service level, quality, productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Participate in training, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to all client, regulatory, privacy, security, and company requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Fluent in French and English (written and verbal).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting Life Insurance products and/or policy administration.
- Strong understanding of Life Insurance servicing processes.
- Experience working in customer service, contact center, client service, or insurance operations environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems effectively.
- Willingness to work rotational schedules based on business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience supporting Life Insurance or Annuity contact center operations.
- Knowledge of insurance policy administration systems.
- Experience working in a regulated financial services environment.
- Experience handling customer escalations and complex inquiries.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
