Corporate Security Officer

CONSTANT is currently seeking experienced Corporate Security Officers to join our team on a permanent basis at a corporate headquarters in Pyrmont, Sydney.

This site supports a high-profile client within the entertainment industry. We are looking for professional, well-presented Security Officers who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times.

About the Role

Duties include:

- Concierge and front-of-house security duties
- Internal and external patrols
- CCTV monitoring and incident response
- Car park and access control management
- Responding to alarms and emergencies
- Assisting with site events, premieres, and red carpets
- Liaising with facilities management regarding safety concerns
- Providing First Aid / CPR assistance when required

Roster & Shift Information

We currently have both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available across rotating rosters.

Shifts operate on a 12-hour roster pattern:

- Day Shift: 0600 – 1800
- Night Shift: 1800 – 0600

Please note:

- Applicants must be available to work rotating day and night shifts
- Weekend availability is required for some roster lines
- Rosters may vary depending on operational requirements and team structure

This role is best suited to candidates who are genuinely flexible and comfortable working across a rotating 24/7 roster environment.

Skills & Requirements

- Current NSW Security Licence - mandatory
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NSW RSA Certificate
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation and reliability
