About this role

We seek an experienced Senior/Assistant Manager to join the DIMICT team. The incumbent will play a key role in advancing the office's innovation agenda, supporting grant management, stakeholder partnerships, communications, and the execution of programmes and initiatives that drive meaningful transformation in healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as secretariat for grant, project, and utilisation tracking, and support budget activities and reporting.

- Lead and manage DIMICT's partnerships with local and global collaborators, overseeing the full lifecycle of grant applications, communications, presentations, documentation, and reporting.

- Independently design and execute innovation outreach events and education activities.

- Manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the innovation office.

- Develop and execute EDMs, social media content, and publicity plans for DIMICT initiatives.

- Manage DIMICT's Infopedia pages, website, and all event publicity and communication media as the office's communications lead and webmaster.

- Support the implementation of cluster-wide programmes and initiatives.

- Assist Principal Investigators and the broader DIMICT team in assessing the healthcare landscape, formulating and executing strategy, planning training initiatives, and contributing analytical support.

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Business, or a technology-related discipline such as Engineering or Biological Sciences.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for the Assistant Manager level; at least 4 years for the Senior Assistant Manager level.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, graphic design software, and social media content creation; familiarity with CRM and partnership management is an advantage.

- Strong project management, stakeholder management, financial, and analytical skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Good problem-solving skills and critical thinking.

- Ability to organise resources, establish priorities, and handle a dynamic work environment.
