## Summary :
This leader will be integral to CFK success. Partnering with leaders from Children’s Wisconsin, Emplify by Bellin, and Froedtert ThedaCare to fulfill the value proposition of the JOA to create value, expand access to primary care and specialty care, improve experience, and keep care closer to home. This leader will work closely with CFK leaders and CKF committee members from the operations and quality committees. This work will create aligned visibility for operational planning, care delivery, and quality improvement projects throughout the CFK service area of Northeast and Central Wisconsin involving Froedtert ThedaCare North region involving inpatient care, NICU, Urgent Care, Primary Care, Specialty Care, and surgical care.

This leader will be accountable for the internal performance of Froedtert ThedaCare pediatric initiatives approved by CFK JOA Board and Froedtert ThedaCare Boards. The aligned initiatives to improve pediatric care are high priority and need dedicated internal leader and connectivity to ensure appropriate resources are aligned to achieve the Board directives.

Job Responsibilities:

0.5 FTE Connected for Kids Operational Leader Key Responsibilities

- Manages and oversees implementation of Connected for Kids operational workflows, quality initiatives, and associated processes across their organization’s continuum of pediatric care (IP, NICU, Urgent Care, Primary Care, Specialty Care, Surgical)

- Synthesizes Connected for Kids goals and priorities and makes connections to the   appropriate structures/leaders   within their organization to enable action,   timely   decision making, and remove barriers for clinical and operational teams

- Responsible for securing resources within their organization to directly support approved Connected for Kids priorities and goals across the following areas (not exhaustive): IS, marketing, communication, strategy, health literacy, community services and education, population health, quality, data analytics

- Represents   their organization within the CFK Quality & Safety Committee and CFK Operations Committee. Influences Impact Team resource allocation within their organization, as needed

- Maintains operational alignment with the Connected for Kids leadership team through weekly huddles, resource management tools, and workflows for escalation/addressing barriers

Reporting structure/governance through CFK:

- Dotted line reporting to Connected for Kids leadership

- Solid line reporting to Froedtert ThedaCare North region ACO Director of Quality

- Works alongside: CFK Clinical Education Program Manager, service line leaders for all pediatric care across the CFK continuum

Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of Pediatric leadership

- Minimum   5 year   leading Quality improvement

- RN or similar clinical degree preferred
