Senior Qlik Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Qlik Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions using Qlik Sense within a multi-tenant energy and sustainability platform. This role operates as a key contributor within the BI Center of Excellence (COE) , delivering high-quality analytics solutions across global teams and client environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense applications tailored to custom client requirements
- Act as a core member of the BI Center of Excellence (COE) , adhering to established standards, architecture, and best practices
- Independently execute development tasks for highly engaged clients while collaborating with the central BI COE
- Partner with internal stakeholders and client-facing teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions
- Apply strong analytical thinking to evaluate requirements, challenge assumptions , and recommend sustainable solutions
- Ensure a balance between client responsiveness and long-term platform stability and maintainability
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
- Contribute to project planning, delivery, and prioritization in a dynamic, client-driven environment
- Align deliverables with COE priorities while maintaining strong organizational and project management practices

Key Skill

- 5+ years of experience in Qlik Sense development
- Strong expertise in data modeling, scripting, and dashboard development in Qlik
- Experience working within a BI Center of Excellence (COE) or similar structured environment
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities across time zones
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience in client-facing roles and requirement gathering
