Warehouse Inventory & Operations Associate

About the Role

As a Warehouse Inventory & Operations Associate, you will be part of the Warehouse Department , supporting the company's e-commerce and inventory management functions . You will play a key role in supporting the growth and daily operations of the company's warehouse e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and positive internal and external customer experience while maintaining the digital tools, systems, and platforms essential to e-commerce activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- E-Commerce Operations Maintain and monitor e-commerce systems, tools, and platforms to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in managing product listings, pricing updates, and online inventory availability across platforms.
- Support order processing, fulfillment coordination, and shipment tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, customer service, and warehouse operations to support business initiatives.
- Ensure excellent customer service through prompt, professional, and solution-oriented communication.

- Inventory Management Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate stock records.
- Perform inventory reconciliation and assist in conducting regular stock counts and audits.
- Identify inventory discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in generating reports and analyzing operational data to support inventory and business decisions.
- Help improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, E-Commerce, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willing to work onsite in Pines, Mandaluyong office.

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience in e-commerce, warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, or inventory management tools.
- Background in customer service or order fulfillment processes.
