Sales Operations Associate - Luxury Home Furnishings

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to support our sales team in delivering exceptional service to our clientele. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to grow within the luxury home furnishing industry.
You will play a critical part in maintaining the accuracy of our internal systems, coordinating client requirements, and ensuring all sales processes run smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the operational aspects of a premium design-driven business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update the company’s Management Information System (MIS), and ensure accuracy of transactions related but not limited to: Customer database
- Sales records
- Inventory movements

- Ensure compliance with sales process SOPs and support implementation across teams
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to fulfill account requirements
- Assist the Projects team in daily operational requirements, such as but not limited to: Composition of business letters and executive summaries
- Computation of costing studies
- Planning and plotting of schedules to meet deliverables

- Manage the daily run-through of tasks, track account progress, and help ensure deadlines are met
- Review and organize contracts for different projects

Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course from a reputable university
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Willing to work on weekends, as needed
