🎯 Your Mission
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, customer-facing Oracle Database, Infrastructure, and Cloud Transformation programs, primarily involving migrations from on-premises environments to Multi cloud (AWS/OCI/Azure/GCP).
The ideal candidate combines strong project/program management, commercial ownership, customer-facing consulting experience, and sufficient technical understanding of Oracle and cloud technologies to effectively lead architects, engineers, DBAs, partners, and customer teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead end-to-end Oracle Database, infrastructure, cloud migration, modernization, and transformation projects across Global customers
🔹 Manage projects through assessment, planning, design, migration, testing, cutover, hypercare, and transition to operations
🔹 Manage multiple concurrent projects/programs with an overall portfolio size of approximately $5M–$10M
🔹 Own project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, quality, governance, and customer commitments
🔹 Manage project financials including budget tracking, forecasting, invoicing, revenue/cost visibility, resource utilization, Service Delivery KPI's and team timesheet reviews
🔹 Lead customer meetings, project reviews, steering committees, executive reporting, risk management, and escalations
🔹 Manage complex multi-vendor environments involving customers, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Oracle, partners, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams
🔹 Manage SOW commitments, milestones, deliverables, change controls, and change orders
🔹 Experience with Fixed Price, T&M, milestone-based, and Managed Services commercial models
🔹 Work closely with Oracle DBAs, cloud architects, infrastructure engineers, application teams, security teams, and migration specialists
🔹 Support projects utilizing AWS, Oracle and Azure migration/modernization funding programs, including tracking funding milestones, deliverables, documentation, and completion requirements
🔹 Ensure successful transition of migrated environments into Managed Services and steady-state operations
🔹 Experience in managing a portfolio of MSP Clients additional to implementation projects will be an advantage as the overall responsibility will include both project services and managed services

🔥 What You Bring
✔ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 🎓
✔ 10-15 years of IT Project/Program Management experience, preferably within IT Consulting or Professional Services
✔ Strong experience with Oracle Database and infrastructure migrations from on premises to AWS, OCI and/or Azure/GCP ☁️
✔ 5+ years experience across Azure / OCI / AWS / Engineered Systems (any combination)
✔ High-level technical understanding of Oracle Database architecture, migration approaches, cloud infrastructure, networking, security, HA/DR, backup/recovery, and production operations
✔ Experience managing $5M-$10M project/program portfolios 💰
✔ Experience managing customer-facing consulting engagements and multi-vendor delivery environments
✔ PMP certification or equivalent recognized certification required 📜
✔ Working knowledge of AI/Generative AI and automation, including practical applications within project delivery, reporting, productivity, or operations 🤖
✔ Must be authorized to work without current or future employer sponsorship
✔ Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, negotiation, risk management, and escalation-management skills
✔ Proficiency in Project Management tools including Jira, Fresh Service, Microsoft Project Plans, or equivalent 🛠️
✔ Well versed with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies

✨ Experience with Oracle Database Managed Services and Infrastructure Operations
✨ Understanding of 24x7 production support, SLA/KPI management, Incident/Problem/Change Management, Major Incidents, RCA, and ITIL practices
✨ Experience managing migration cutovers, hypercare, and transition to Managed Services
✨ AWS/Azure cloud certifications and/or ITIL certification are desirable
