Deputy Manager - BIW Maintenance

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

- Hands on experience of Maintaining Equipments like IT spot welding gun, CO2 welding , stud welding ( Tucker make ) used in BIW shop.

- Operation & trouble shooting of PLC & Automation devices with networking of Allen Bradley hardware with Rockwell software environment like RsLogix5000, RS studio, Drive Tools, Device-net ,Ether-Net etc.

- Programming & Maintenance of Robotic cell for welding, hemming & material handling application (Robots like Fanuc, KUKA, ABB ).

- Troubleshooting & improvements of BIW Material handling equipment like EMS, Conveyors, Lifts, Hoists, transfer system, power roller bed etc.

- Exposure to manufacturing Execution system (MES).

- Application of equipment performance improvement tool & knowledge of OHSAS & EMS.

- Knowledge of SAP

7+ Years with Diploma

Industry Preferred
