RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKER – CHILDREN’S HOMES
Location: Swindon
Salary: £13.50 per hour + sleep-in payments
Shift: 24–48 hour shifts, including sleep-ins
Sponsorship: No sponsorship available
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for caring and resilient Residential Support Workers to support young people in a nurturing, trauma-informed children’s home environment.
Tasks
* Build positive relationships and provide consistent support to young people
* Support daily routines, activities, education and independence
* Manage challenging behaviour using calm communication and de-escalation
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
* Experience working with children or young people
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Ability to work 24–48 hour shifts including sleep-ins
* Level 3 Residential Childcare is desirable, or willingness to complete
