About the role
As a Quality Management System Associate at VeroTech , you support the day-to-day coordination of quality management activities in an industrial environment. You work on quality documentation , non-conformity follow-up and quality data management , helping teams maintain reliable processes and clear reporting.
You contribute to continuous improvement by preparing quality information, supporting problem-solving meetings and assisting with audit preparation. Your work helps improve visibility on corrective actions, KPIs and documentation while ensuring teams have access to accurate and up-to-date quality information.
Key responsibilities
- Organize and update quality documentation, including procedures, instructions and forms
- Ensure quality documentation remains accessible and properly distributed
- Record and monitor non-conformities and follow up corrective action progress
- Collect, analyze and enter quality data for reports and dashboards
- Track quality KPIs and contribute to clear performance reporting
- Support problem-solving meetings by planning sessions, preparing minutes and following up actions
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and assist with audit preparation
Requirements
What we're looking for
We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented quality professional who enjoys working with documentation, data and cross-functional teams in a continuous improvement context.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS 9100 standards
- Experience in document management and data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- English level C1 preferred, with minimum B2 required
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Strong attention to detail, organization and rigor
- Good priority and time management, with analytical and synthesis skills
- Strong written and verbal communication, teamwork, adaptability and willingness to learn
