About the role
Business Development at Revolut drives growth by expanding reach and unlocking new revenue streams. They forge strategic partnerships, identify untapped markets, and turn ambitious ideas into actionable plans. Working closely across teams and industries, they lead deals that open doors and create lasting impact.
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to drive initiatives for savings and financial products.
You'll partner closely with strategic counterparties globally, including banks, asset managers, and money market fund providers, to pursue new opportunities and improve existing product profitability.

What you'll be doing
Leading strategic deal-making end to end to improve global and regional financial and asset management partnerships Identifying and validating new market opportunities by assessing customer needs, competitive dynamics, regulatory requirements, and commercial potential Pitching and closing financial partnership deals, including savings products and balance sheet optimisation arrangements, bringing top features at the best value for our customers Owning and growing existing partner relationships, acting as the main point of contact, from handling partner queries and renegotiating pricing terms to invoicing reconciliation Sourcing and negotiating deals with new partner banks and money market fund managers Leading market entry initiatives, from opportunity sizing through launch, facilitating rapid expansion into priority geographies Building and managing high-impact relationships with local partners and ecosystem players critical to entering and scaling into new markets Driving market-specific commercial negotiations, defining partnership structures, economics, and operating models Working cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Operations, Risk, FinCrime, and Compliance to align on expansion requirements and remove barriers to entry
What you'll need
3+ years of experience in a fast-paced startup, consultancy, or investment bank, or in a private equity or corporate development role Exposure to payments, open banking, or financial institutions A track record of building, launching, or operating in a hands-on role, whether in a startup, side project, or initiative you took from idea to implementation The ability to construct, analyse, and deliver new business lines and products Project management experience with multiple levels of complexity across various functions Fluency in English with outstanding communication and presentation skills Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills Natural curiosity, a drive to make an impact, and genuine interest in what's next in finance
Compensation range
Krakow: PLN12,800 - PLN21,000 gross monthly* Poland: PLN12,800 - PLN21,000 gross monthly* Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process *Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
