Packaging Machine Operator (f/m/d) temporary for 2 years

Responsibilities:

- Operation of Packaging Equipment: You will operate and monitor packaging machinery, ensuring the correct packaging, labeling, and storage of components and finished products
- Material Handling and Assembly: You will pick, assemble, and combine components according to bills of materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the process
- SAP Transactions: You will perform SAP transactions, including the confirmation of production orders and the accurate recording of production data
- Supply of Consumables: You will replenish and provide consumable materials required for production and packaging activities, helping to maintain uninterrupted operations
- Quality Assurance: You will ensure compliance with defined quality standards and identify, document, and report any deviations, defects, or non-conformities
- Operational Support: You will support general activities across warehouse, production, and packaging areas, contributing to an efficient and collaborative work environment

Qualifications:

- Experience: Initial experience in production, packaging, warehouse operations, or a comparable industrial environment is considered an advantage
- Forklift Certification: A valid forklift license is beneficial and may be required for certain operational tasks
- Language Skills: Good German language skills are required
- Attention to Detail: Careful, accurate, and reliable working style, particularly when handling quantities, counting processes, and basic calculations
- Personal Attributes: High level of commitment, flexibility, resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Teamwork: Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different operational areas
- Shift Availability: Willingness to work in a two-shift model, alternating weekly between the early shift (5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.) and the late shift (1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.)
