Role: Individual Contributor (Voice + Non-Voice)
Reporting to Assistant Manager/ Manager
Geo to be supported : US
Shift : 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST
Work Mode: Hybrid
· Required Qualifications & Experience o Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in Resource Management / Skills Management for an international client o Excellent oral & written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise, and empathetic responses. o Comfortable creating structured documentation, process flows, QRGs, and trackers o Data quality, data modeling, and dataset standardization experience o Experience with SmartConnect / ProFinda or similar resource/staffing/skills platforms o Strong process orientation and attention to detail o Ability to work with Alteryx o Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas; macros preferred) o Strong attention to detail and ability to work with evolving or emerging data points. o Ability to analyze large datasets for trends, anomalies, overlaps, and insights. o Experience managing master datasets and reference logs .
