As a P&G Sales intern, you will get the opportunity to:

- Build positive relationships with customers and effectively collaborate with them in critical business areas: promotion support, developing the right assortment, shelving,   pricing   and merchandising   strategies;

- Contribute to the development of sales concepts, product branding and go-to-market strategies and   tools;

- Be involved in the design business plans that will deliver sales and market share   objectives ;

- Help customers to develop programs which will build the business for them and for   us;

- Collaborate with a diverse group of people from   different functions   (Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, Product Supply) and countries to deliver key results.

Job Qualifications

We ar e look ing for people who:

- Are Master students or recent   Master   graduates with strong academic   results;

- Have creativity, innovation,   initiative   and follow-through with goals, along with strong written and verbal communication  skills;

- Have excellent project management skills,   are able to   see planned ideas through to the implementation   stage;

- Have strong analytical and problem-solving   skills;

- Are fluent in Italian and have an excellent ability to communicate in   English;

- Have a   valid   driver's license;

- Are available for a 6   months   internship.
