Are you an experienced Treasury professional ready to lead treasury operations across multiple countries and make an impact on a regional scale?
Join Kuehne+Nagel's Finance Knowledge Center in Belgrade as a Treasury Manager EMEA, where you will play a key role in driving treasury excellence, liquidity optimization, foreign exchange risk management, and financial governance across the EMEA region. Working closely with Corporate Treasury and senior Finance leaders, you will help shape the future of treasury operations in a global organization.

## How you create impact

•    Lead and further develop treasury operations across multiple EMEA countries.
•    Act as a strategic partner to Corporate Treasury and local Finance Directors.
•    Drive treasury transformation, centralization, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
•    Manage FX exposure analysis, hedging activities, and foreign exchange transactions.
•    Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, funding strategies, and intercompany financing.
•    Ensure strong governance, compliance, banking administration, and risk management practices.
•    Lead, coach, and develop treasury professionals while building a high-performance culture.

## What we would like you to bring

•    5+ years of Treasury experience, including hands-on FX management and execution.
•    Experience managing treasury activities across multiple entities, countries, or regions.
•    Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, banking operations, and financial instruments.
•    Proven people leadership experience within Treasury, Shared Services, or a complex Finance environment.
•    The ability to independently analyze financial statements and identify FX exposures.
•    Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders.
•    Excellent communication and influencing skills in English.
•    A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Professional treasury or finance certifications are considered an advantage.
