Timely and efficient performance within the established quality standards is required along with actively practicing critical thinking & on-the-job decision making while executing their in-scope activities. It is required to deliver operational excellence while continuously improving operational capabilities. Team will operate 24/6 (Sun - Fri).

## What we would like you to bring

The ideal candidate must demonstrates Air Logistics knowledge, must have a "can do" mentality and show an ability to communicate and coordinate with internal parties. Also required is actively practicing critical thinking & on-the-job decision making while executing their in-scope activities. A high level of attention to details is a must, coupled with communication and organizational skills. Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and ability to work under pressure + to deal with different cultural backgrounds.

## What's in it for you

• High-quality shipment and process management within agreed SLAs and as per quality requirements
• Pre-planning GTW trucks arrangments, groupage pre-dispo with fixed truck planning, drag & drop assignment to gateway stations, last mile arrangments, monitoring responsibilities:
o Processing status values (check for missing status updates) / Verification of POD and status updates including email communication with truckers
o Status check for special transports, communication with OCC/CCL
o Hypercare for new business/new customers
o Delay report
o Pre-planning for gateway trucks
o Damage claims
• Drive continuous improvement / optimization of in-scope activities
