As a Customer Service Representative – Fire Suppression , you will support Potter Global Technologies Fire Suppression business unit by processing customer orders, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The role works closely with sales, operations, and other internal teams to ensure orders are handled accurately, customer needs are met, and a positive customer experience is maintained. What Youll Do

- Enter, verify, and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy, appropriate pricing, and timely processing.

- Deliver prompt, professional customer support through phone, email, and follow-up communications.

- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and identify opportunities to support additional customer needs.

- Maintain accurate order documentation, customer records, and correspondence with strong attention to detail.

- Partner with Regional Sales Managers and sales teams to provide product information and support timely customer responses.

- Process customer returns efficiently and professionally resolve escalated issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate customer communications, including order updates, follow-ups, and proactive outreach.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless service and order fulfillment.

- Support marketing initiatives, including the maintenance and distribution of regional mailing lists, as needed.

- Ensure all communications align with company standards, policies, and compliance requirements.

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through responsive, accurate, and professional service.

- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

What You Bring

Experience That Drives Success

- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

- 1+ year of experience in customer service, order management, inside sales support, or a related field preferred.

This is a full-time position, on-site at our Manufacturing Facility located in Hazelwood, MO.
